Play Panda Mahjong online for free. Panda Mahjong is a 50-stage timed panda-themed Mahjong Solitaire game. Match open tiles to remove them from the board. Use the temporary free cells to hold up to 3 tiles until they can be paired off. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

Select the blue and white Play button on the game’s welcome screen.
- This will bring up the level select screen.
- Each of the 50 levels must be completed sequentially, though you can go back & replay previously beat levels.
- Each level has a unique design.
- Your web browser automatically saves your game progress including level scores.
- The welcome screen also has buttons for play help, local high scores & playing more games.
- The lower left corner of the welcome screen has a language select dropdown while the lower right corner offers a settings button to erase gameplay information, a social sharing button, and a game developer information button.

    - Use your mouse left click button to select an open tile then select a matching open tile to remove both from the playing field.
    - Touchscreen devices
      - Tap the screen with your finger to select tiles.
      - Controls & indicators
        The left side of the screen shows the remaining time & a time meter.
        The top left corner of the screen shows the three temporary storage cells where you can temporarily store tiles.
        The upper right corner of the game shows your current level & cumulative game score.
        The lower right corner of the game offers 4 control buttons: pause, sound control, music control, and full screen mode.
        Game Play
        Matching open tiles
        You can match any identical tiles which are open to remove them from the playing field.
        In this game open tiles have a lighter color while stones which are not open have a darker hue.
        A stone is considered open if it has no tiles on top of it & either the left or right side of it does not have a tile next to it.
        Holding cells
        This game offers holding cells near the top of the playing field which operate similarly to how free cells operate in the solitaire game freecell.
        You can temporarily store stones in those positions and then remove them by selecting a match.
        Many mahjong solitaire games offer a hints button or a shuffle tiles button. This game offers the temporary holding cells instead.
        Be careful with using the holding cells as when all 3 are full you must be able to make a match using one of them and a tile on the board or else it is game over.
        Scoring
        Your game score is cumulative across levels, though you can replay a level to try to improve your score on it.
        Each match is worth 100 points.
        Each second you have remaining when you beat a level is worth 2 points.
        The game ends when there are no possible moves or the level timer runs out.
        This game is harder than most of our other mahjong solitaire games as you have to make around 90 matches in under 6 minutes.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for people of all ages who like pandas or mahjong solitaire games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
